Returns & Warranty
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or product doesn’t meet your expectation. Simply notify us so that we can arrange for an exchange or return. We will process this as soon as we receive and check the incorrect product.
Please add a note with your order number and the reason for returning it. Please also add your Bank account details or our address so that we can offer a reimburse you. You will have to return the product within 3 days after receiving it in case you want to qualify for a reimbursement.
Returned products should be packaged in the original packages and may not be used.
