Priority shipping with EMS, UPS, TNT, DHL, USPS & FedEx Signed for 1st class delivery. Fully trackable and no signature required upon collection.

Delivery time

Orders placed by 4:00 pm through Saturday will ship the same day(excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 pm will ship on the next business day.

We offer Express shipping and Standard delivery.

Express shipping is overnight(24hrs) and standard delivery is 3 business days. All parcels are discreet and secure. (jiffy bags and boxes or envelopes).

Shipping fee

Standard delivery is 9.99 GBP on all orders. Next day delivery available for an extra fee. You get a free shipping for orders within the UK, we deliver nationwide, and all national orders should be delivered within 48 hours from our experience. Orders across the US, CANADA, EUROPE & and ASIA, UAE are usually delivered within 3-4 business days.

Lost Parcels

Please do well to contact us if your package has not been delivered within 5 working days and 7 working days for the rest of the world and we will see into this. Please include your order ID and your tracking number in your message to us.

Tracking your Order

You can simply track your order from our website directly and also get relevant tracking information or log in to your preferred courier website and track shipment, view the current status of your order. You will also receive an email immediately after we ship out your order detailing the tracking info (if optional). If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email detailing your order please check your Junk Mail folder.

Guaranteed delivery(tracked orders only)

If by any chance your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, you’ll qualify for a free reship(tracked orders only). However, if the product has been confiscated by the custom, we will offer a reship as we strive to send all orders 100% discreetly.

NB. For complicated restricted as per individual state laws

• Double vacuum sealed and stealth package on all orders so that it can’t be scent by canine(dogs) or electric sniffers.
• The stuff is professionally wrapped into an oily plastic in order to avoid no smell, no x-ray penetration, and cannot be detected with the ION scanner. They are then been packaged into Play station cartons or X- box cartons so the buyer receives the package as though receiving a newly ordered game.
• We do also send customized packages(diplomatic sealed) which evade all custom checks.  To avoid crushing items, they will come in small boxes.  Some concentrates might come inside envelopes due to their shape and size and will be shipped by mail.
• Please do well to notify us within 24hours after receiving your order in case of a damaged or defective item. We will not accept any notification after 24hours.
